RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

We only provide exchanges of the goods once sold. We have a strict no return and no refund policy.

In case of exchange, new product value must be equal or more than the exchanged product.

In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to a credit note to buy something else within 30 days of issue.

The customer is liable to pay the return pick up courier charges in case of exchange.

For items purchased at terraliving.in / whatsapp / terraliving instagram handle, all exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please submit a request at terraliving.in@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

SALE ITEMS

All the sale, discounted, bought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non- returnable, non-refundable & size exchange is not possible.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please WhatsApp us immediately on +91 9016623554. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Gurugram distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business days for all exchanges to be processed.

The cost of shipping in case of exchange will be paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. Please WhatsApp on +91- 9016623554 or email us at terraliving.in@gmail.com to request a cancellation with your Order Number. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your exchange.
